You organize events – match days, concerts, courses, trade fairs – and want them to land in the calendars of your fans, members, or customers without anyone retyping them? That is what the provider side of calovo is for: you maintain your events once, and every subscriber receives each change automatically.
Online in four steps
- Create an account. Start at calovo for providers. There you register for calpit – the cockpit where you maintain your calendars.
- Create a calendar. A calendar (we call it a calfeed) bundles the events of one audience, for example “First team schedule” or “Adult courses”. Its name matters more than it sounds: Naming your calendar properly.
- Add your events. Manually, by file upload, or automatically from an existing source – see Importing events.
- Publish and share. Then pass on the subscribe link and embed the calendar on your own website.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. The free Free plan lets you create and publish three calfeeds – no payment details, no minimum term. If you need more calendars, automatic schedule data, sponsoring, or reporting, you can book a package later: see the calovo offer. Why exactly three, see How many calendars can I create?
What your subscribers get
They subscribe once – and from then on every rescheduling, every changed kick-off time, and every additional event arrives in their calendar app automatically. No app install, no account, nothing to type in. What is a calfeed? explains how that works from their side.
You only wanted to subscribe to someone else's calendar and ended up here? Then “I only want to subscribe to a calendar” is the article you need.
