The free Free plan lets you create three calfeeds. The booked packages allow considerably more; the current limit is stated with each package: see the calovo offer.
Why three?
The limit is deliberate – not as a brake, but as a guard rail. Three calendars cover the typical start (say first team, second team, events) and prevent the most common beginner mistake: creating another calendar for every season, tournament, and occasion. Every additional calendar splits your subscribers – and has to be promoted separately.
The rule of thumb for cutting them
As many events as possible in one calendar, cut as narrowly as necessary. The right cut follows the audience, not the time:
- One calendar per audience or team. Someone who only wants the first team's matches should not have to subscribe to the youth fixtures as well.
- Do not split by season, year, or tournament. That is what the same calendar is for – see Naming your calendar properly.
- Do not split home and away matches if the same people want both anyway. Two calendars mean two subscriptions, and both have to be found first.
- When in doubt, keep filling an existing calendar rather than creating a second one: a new calendar always starts at zero subscribers again.
And if I need more?
Then your account books a larger package – existing calendars, events, and subscribers stay untouched. Still, check briefly whether the extra calendar really has an audience of its own. If yes, create it. If no, put the events into the fitting existing calendar – see Importing events.
