You cannot only subscribe to calfeeds – you can also offer them yourself. Clubs, leagues, federations, broadcasters, and companies use calovo to publish their events as a subscribable calendar: maintained once, schedules and events land directly in the calendars of fans and customers and stay up to date automatically.
How it works
- You get access to calpit, the calovo cockpit for providers.
- There you maintain your events – manually, via import, or automatically from official data sources (e.g. league data).
- Changes appear when subscribers’ calendar apps refresh. Appearance and refresh times depend on the app.
What does it cost?
There are different packages for providers – from a free start to professional features such as automatic schedule data, sponsoring, and statistics. See the calovo offer overview for current conditions.
Manage your plan and billing
In calpit, Plans offers packages; Account → Package & billing manages your running plan, next payment, existing add-ons and payment method. Only your organization’s administrator can book. The change dialog shows the plan price, VAT, add-ons and estimated proration before confirmation. Saving a payment method alone does not book a paid plan.
Self-billing is monthly. A larger plan starts after successful booking; a smaller plan starts after the paid period, with no refund. Existing calendars and events remain. Existing add-ons continue until cancelled or replaced by a plan including them. The only new individual add-on offered is schedule updates for Free. Invoice customers agree changes with calovo.
Show a sponsor
From Basic, open your calendar’s Sponsor tab. Set the name, link and display period, check the preview and save. The name appears in the location line; a link appears in the description. “Visible from” and “Visible until” apply to all events together, rather than individual match dates. Group calendars inherit their training schedule’s sponsor.
Link requests count from the current sponsor’s start and may include automated checks; they do not prove views or click-through rates. Download a PDF report for your sponsor. Commercial calendar messages do not trigger app notifications. Individual permissions granted by calovo remain possible.
