For providers: publish your own calendars
· Updated Sep 28, 2026
Your schedule hangs as a sheet in the hall or exists as a PDF? calovo reads out the recurring times and suggests them as training times. You check everything in a list before anything goes online.
How it works
In the weekly plan, click "Aus Foto oder PDF übernehmen" (take over from photo or PDF).
Upload a photo or PDF, or paste the text.
Check the list: weekday, time, group, venue, valid from/until. Times already in the plan are marked and deselected.
Take them over – calovo creates new groups on the way.
Good to know
Single dates such as a grading are listed below; create those as a special session.
If the schedule names a period ("winter schedule from 1 Nov"), calovo uses it as "valid from".
There is a daily quota, shared with "Recognise events": 3 in the Free package, 30 in all others.
Included in all packages.
