For providers: publish your own calendars
· Updated Sep 28, 2026
The training schedule is not only for sports clubs. A choir rehearses, a fire brigade drills, a course provider holds classes. With one setting, the training page, the answer page and the e-mails to your members speak your language – for example "Are you coming to rehearsal?" instead of "Are you coming to training?".
How it works
Open your training schedule in calpit for editing.
Under "What your sessions are called", choose training, rehearsal, class or drill.
Save – done. Group calendars take the setting over automatically.
Good to know
Inside calpit it is still called "training schedule" – only what your members see changes.
Groups can be sections, voices or units. Weekly plan, seasonal change and "coming / not coming" work the same way.
Included in all packages; "coming / not coming" from the Lite package.
