Events are missing
The most common cause is not the subscription but the schedule itself: many leagues confirm match times step by step. A match without a confirmed kick-off time may appear with a provisional date only – or not at all yet. As soon as the league schedules it, the event appears automatically.
- Check the calfeed page on calovo to see whether the event is listed there. If yes: your calendar app simply has not fetched the latest version yet – intervals per app.
- If the event is missing on calovo too, it has not been (finally) scheduled in the official source yet.
- Does the calendar only show “More events to follow”? Then no events are currently known for this calfeed – what that means.
- Calendar looks completely empty? Use the “calendar does not update” checklist.
- Looking for past events? Expired events are not carried along in the subscription forever – on the calfeed page you can download completed years under “Events from previous years”.
Events are wrong (time, opponent, venue)
- Compare the event with the calfeed page on calovo. If both match, the data comes from the official source like that.
- If your calendar shows something different from calovo, your app has not fetched the update yet – give it time or check the checklist.
- Is the value wrong on calovo as well? Then please report it to us – with a link to the calfeed, the affected event, and the correct value (if known). We will verify it with the data provider.
Rescheduled and cancelled events
The provider maintains reschedulings and cancellations in the calfeed – your calendar picks them up automatically. Keep your app's fetch delay in mind: for very short-notice changes, check the calfeed page or the official source.
