No. calovo is a calendar service: we bring schedules and events into your calendar – we do not sell tickets.
What are the ticket links in the calendar for?
Many events contain a presale link as a service. It leads to the official presale – depending on the club that is their own ticket shop or a ticket portal. The purchase always happens there: calovo has no access to orders, payment, availability, or returns.
By the way: some links only appear at a certain point in time – the ticket link, for example, when the presale starts.
Who do I contact with ticket questions?
Purchase, payment, returns, availability: the club or ticket provider you ordered from.
The ticket link in an event is broken or outdated: feel free to report that to us – we will pass it on to the calendar provider.
